Salt is carefully sampled from three iconic vintage EQs that have set new standards for sound quality since their release and have been used to record and mix some of the greatest records of all time. Thanks to our advanced Hyper 3 technology, each type of equalizer faithfully reproduces the characteristics of the original hardware and takes it a step further. Unlike the limitations of the original hardware, which only offers fixed frequencies, we have improved the model to offer adjustable frequency points for all these types. This means that you can freely combine all these models with standard EQ types or other modeled types, giving you greater flexibility and ease of use. We improved the accuracy of parameter control (frequency, bandwidth, gain) by adjusting component values  in the original circuits. This allows us to combine the flexibility required of a modern mixing equalizer with the distinctive and unique sound of each original model.
